Terms of sale.
The rules that apply to every service UltraVision Agency sells: video production, advertising, websites, CRM, branding, community management and search optimisation.

UltraVision Agency is a company being registered in Morocco. Its registered name, legal form, share capital, ICE, trade register number, tax ID and registered office address will be published on this page as soon as registration is complete.

Quotes and prices
Every service is the subject of a written quote. Our prices are public on the pricing page, in euros excluding tax; the dirham amount shown next to them is an indication at the commercial rate of 11 MAD to €1. The amount accepted in the quote is firm for the whole assignment: any added service is covered by an amendment accepted before it is carried out.
Payment terms (deposit, instalments, means of payment) are set out in the quote.
Advertising budget
The advertising budget is never included in our prices. It is paid directly to the platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) from the client's own ad account, with the client's payment method, on top of our fees.
Accounts and files
Ad accounts are opened in the client's name, with full administrator access. Source files, ad accounts and campaign data belong to the client: if we stop working together, the client keeps all of them.
Lead times
The lead times given on the website and in the quote (for example a first video delivered in 7 days for the Trial, a showcase website in three weeks) run from the validation of the content and materials the client provides.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are without commitment. How to stop them is set out in the quote.
Results
We commit to the means set out in the quote, not to a result: no one can guarantee a number of sales, a cost per lead or a position on Google. Our reports name the campaigns that do not work, and explain why.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Before any legal action, the parties will seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Marrakech will have jurisdiction.
