What we collect on this website, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

UltraVision Agency is a company being registered in Morocco. Its registered name, legal form, share capital, ICE, trade register number, tax ID and registered office address will be published on this page as soon as registration is complete.

What we collect
- Contact form: the information you enter — name, company, e-mail, phone, the plan or budget you have in mind, and your message. It reaches us by e-mail.
- Booking a call: the time slot you choose, your name, phone, e-mail, company and message.
- Casting applications: identity, age, city, contact details, Instagram account, height, profiles, experience, languages, a video link, your message and your photos, with your consent.
- The WhatsApp messages and e-mails you send us.
Why
To answer your request, organise the call you booked, prepare a quote, carry out the services you order and, for casting applications, offer you roles. Your data is neither sold nor rented.
Who receives it
The UltraVision Agency team, and the technical providers needed to run the website: Cloudflare (hosting, storage of bookings and casting applications), Web3Forms (delivery of form messages to our mailbox) and, when you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta. These providers may process data outside Morocco, in particular in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
- Contact requests and bookings: as long as needed to handle your request, then at most three years after our last exchange if no collaboration follows.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
- Casting applications: 24 months at most, deleted earlier on request.
Audience measurement and cookies
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures traffic in aggregate, without cookies and without tracking you from one site to another. The website sets no advertising cookie.
Your rights
You can access, correct or object to the processing of your data, and ask for its deletion, by writing to contact@ultravisionagency.com. You can also contact the Moroccan data protection authority, the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
